Pantel, the company behind these tabs has done a better job than the $35 overpraised tablet maker Datawind – given the specs of the lowest costing tablet among the series, Penta T-Pad IS701R is obviously better than the Aakash tablet. BSNL announced it’s new broadband connection plans for rural areas across India. Similar to MTNL, BSNL is about to have broadband plans starting from 99 INR.
