HTC released unaudited Q1 2012 financial report – not a good start

The unaudited report tells that the company had a 25% drop in revenue. During Q1 of 2012, HTC bagged $2.29 billion revenue, that’s comparatively lower like 67% from Q1 2011 revenue. That’s seriously not a good start for HTC. Operating income during the period was $172.9 million. Net income before tax was $188.1 million, and after taxation is summed to $151.4 million. Recently, Nokia topped HTC in global Windows Phone market share leveling HTC on the second place – this was the first bad thing happened for HTC in 2012. HTC can raise the bar up in Q2 with the support of HTC One series smartphones that are currently rolling out globally.
