ITC’s final ruling: Moto didn’t infringe Apple patents

Back in October 2010, Apple filed a complaint at United States International Trade Commision against Motorola Mobility for infringing its patents. Apple believed that Moto’s Droid family violated its 6 patented technology that included multi-touch and other OS functionality. Earlier this year ITC made a preliminary ruling which tells Motorola didn’t violate Apple’s patents, and ultimately the dispute ended in favor of Motorola as ITC announced its final ruling.
