  • WP7 Mango update to have ‘500 new features’, says master Ballmar

We all know Mango is pretty big for an update on Windows Phone, so big that it may increment the version with a .5 to Windows Phone 7.5 but how many features exactly would cause that? 200? 300? Nope, it’s 500. Steve Ballmer said it at a random conference in Japan today, and also added that “whose going to be building Windows Phones” will be next piece of information we will be enlightened by, tomorrow. Combine this news with the news of 9 new devices being announced tomorrow at the event, and we have some really good things to look at.

But these new devices will take their time to actually launch on shelves for consumers, maybe some advertising will do the job till then? But the biggest question still remains: “What does this have to do with developers,” and the answer is pretty simple. Alot.

      cool :)

    2. It does provide 500 new features, but it is still useless without useful apps. I still keep cursing myself for dumping my iOS device
