Chromium OS on iPad, working and in love

iPad running Chrome OS, funnily enough on the iPad site

Ooo, see what we got here – it’s Chromium OS running on the iPad, madness. Hexxeh – the guy who dropped a blessing on us by providing the nightly builds of Chromium OS, has now ported the Chromium OS to make the iPad more Magical and Revolutionary, than Apple intended.

In the video below, Hexxeh shows off Chromium OS running on the 10 inch of beautifully crafted iPad – now you may argue this could be some trick, but the biggest proof it’s running some Chrome is … the cursor!

This isn’t exactly the best demo to show performance of it, because it’s just tapping here and there – but it does show the sensitivity of touch screen, which seems to be fairly decent.
