iPhone 3GS price drops to $97, clearing way for iPhone 4G?
Walmart just officially announced that it will be selling the 64 GB iPhone 3GS for $97 from this Tuesday, a full $100 (Rs. 4,755) less than before. Given the probability that Steve Jobs will unveil the next gen iPhone (iPhone 4G) in WWDC 2010 on June 7th, it seems the price cut is for clearing way for the next iPhone, and slide down the price to what 8GB iPhone 3G is ($99). There are also some rumors running around that iPhone 3G is no longer being shipped to stores. Anyways, iPhone 3GS just became a lot cheaper, which is ofcource never a bad thing. But don’t hurry in buying this, we would recommend waiting for the iPhone 4G to see whats coming.
